HAIlights - Terms of participation

For our alumni publications we will take pictures during the HAIlight events. If you wish that pictures of you will not be used for our publications, please contact one of the members of the organisation at the beginning of the event. Thank you very much.


The number of participants is limited. Depending on the format of the event the available places will either be alocated according to "first come first serve" or a drawing of lots will decide about participation after the registration deadline.

The HAIlight is a service for:

• Alumni who are registered with HAI, the university's alumni network
• International visiting scholars who are currently employed at Heidelberg University

Accompanying guests who do not belong to any of the above mentioned groups can participate in case there are still seats available after admitting all interested alumni and international visiting scholars. Thank you very much for your understanding.
