Individual counselling for your career start

Slots available between 5 PM and 7 PM
Where: online

Are you about to finish your studies? Or have you already completed your studies? We are happy to support you with information, tips and advice on your career start. In addition to a CV check, we offer you support in your job search, information on fields of work and are at your side as a sparring partner with decision-making aids. Based on your individual questions and needs, we take the time to work out your application strategy together with you. So that you are optimally prepared for your career start!

Intensive Language Courses at the ZSL

Dates: Courses between 29 Aug and 14 Oct
Where: In precense at the ZSL or online (course-dependent)

Learn a new language, refresh or expand existing knowledge?
Whether for the next holiday or as a professional skill enhancement:
HAI members can get started in the Central Language Lab (ZSL) at your university this summer! The intensive language courses on offer range from Arabic to English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. You will find the right course at ZSL.

Registration: per e-mail to sekretariat@zsl.uni-heidelberg.de (please note "HAI member") at the latest one week before the respective course starts

Course fees: 240 Euro (Reduction for enrolled students of Heidelberg University) for 60 lessons of 45 minutes each

Haben Sie beruflich mit der Lösung von Konflikten zu tun und wollen Sie Ihr Handeln professionalisieren? Dann setzen Sie Ihre Ausbildung an der Universität Heidelberg in Form einer wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung fort: Gemeinsam mit dem Heidelberger Institut für Mediation bildet die Universität Heidelberg seit mehr als 25 Jahren Mediator*innen aus. Seit 2017 können die Teilnehmenden zudem die gesetzlich geschützte Bezeichnung „Zertifizierte*r Mediator*in“ erwerben.

"Your future in the IT sector" – Job fair in Heidelberg

Where: Lecture hall centre Chemistry,

Companies from the region as well as from the national and international environment specifically looking for suitable interns, working students, Bachelor's and Master's degree candidates and graduates from Heidelberg University will present themselves at the fourth job fair for students of computer science, mathematics and natural sciences.

 

"Using the power of habit – Workshop on building new routines"

Date: 9 July 2022, 10 AM – 1 PM
Where: online

Do you know this: You started the week highly motivated with a new morning routine – including porridge, meditation and an early start to work. But after just a few days you have fallen back into your old rut. In this online course you will learn about the mechanisms behind habits and try out how you can use them for yourself – and develop routines that get you through challenging times well.
